Felice began singing professionally at age 15 and was part of the Mancini chorus on dozens of Mancini albums over the years. Eventually, her interest in the non-profit sector led her to receive a certificate in Non-Profit Management from UCLA, and launched a new career in fundraising and supporting underserved youth and music education in schools.
In 2024, after 26 years serving as President and CEO of the nationally-recognized nonprofit organization, The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation, Felice retired from her position. In the same year Felice and her family were sharply focused on the multi-tiered campaign to recognize and celebrate Henry Mancini’s Centennial year, producing events and content to honor the legacy, the music, and the man.
After a successful year of planning, celebrating, and remembering, Felice’s efforts now include working with the team at Primary Wave, who administers Henry’s vast music calatlog, along with the Mancini social media team, to further promote and share well-known music and video as well as myriad themes, scores, and arrangements that go more deeply into the vast wealth of Henry’s musical career.
Felice is an avid skier, reader, streamer, and puzzler and spends as much time with her family as she can.
